Hi, I’m Shanu Kumar, a Product Designer who loves crafting intuitive digital experiences that blend creativity with real-world impact.

From IIT Roorkee to Cars24, my journey has been about solving problems, shaping stories, and making life simpler for people. I believe design is more than pixels; it’s empathy, clarity, and meaningful action.

Outside work, I enjoy anime, music, flute, and traveling, small things that keep me grounded and creative.

When I entered IIT Roorkee, I explored everything: coding, analytics, and web development.
But nothing truly felt like mine.


Then I discovered design through the Design Studio (Club) at IIT Roorkee.
For the first time, I wasn’t just building things; I was solving real user problems.
Design became my sadhna a discipline where creativity met purpose.


At IIT, through Design Studio, ARP, NSS, etc., I learned discipline, empathy, and how to see beyond pixels.

Every challenge shaped my confidence and sharpened my skills.

At CAR24, I stepped into the real battlefield meeting users, shadowing operations, and understanding their struggles.

Working with the Inspection and Dealer teams, I redesigned flows that:

reduced inspection time from 1+ hour → 35 minutes

increased automation with AI

Improved dealer complaint resolution from 3 days → 1 hour

From the Company Car landing page to bots, tools, and journeys, every project became a chance to make real change.
